The Administrative Assistant is responsible for creating the weekly worship materials (bulletin, announcements, events, etc.), bulletins for special occasions such as funerals, weddings, etc., and publishing a monthly newsletter, keeping accurate membership records, and managing the master calendar, including key events for the Pastor and church committees. The Administrative Assistant will have access to private and personal information, so confidentiality and discretion are required.
