Church of the Resurrection is looking for part-time administrative help in the church office.
The Church Office Administrator is the first person visitors and newcomers come across at the church, whether by phone or in-person, and is essential to the church’s public image and outreach. A positive attitude and approachable demeanor is essential for our ministry together. Candidates should be able to bring an upbeat attitude towards assisting visitors, parishioners, and staff via multi-taking skills and excellent communication.
· Collaborating with and providing administrative support to the Pastor and staff as requested
· Managing incoming phone calls, email inquiries and assisting with proper correspondence, scheduling matters and communication with church staff as necessary
· Managing the proper creation and assembly of weekly worship materials (bulletins and other printed worship content)
· Participating in weekly or monthly staff events related to continual planning
· Management of the centralized church calendar
· Occasional and minor content updates to the church website and related resources
· Working knowledge of computers/internet and Microsoft Office Suite applications preferred
