Opportunity from the Greater Milwaukee Synod Anti-Racism Team
Sunday November 22, 2020
3:00 – 4:30 p.m.
The Greater Milwaukee Synod lives out its mission in diverse places: rural, small town, village, suburban, and urban. This is holy ground, and each type of community has its gifts and challenges. We may have differences that are grounded in our place, but we can also discover commonalities that reach across place. We will practice using two of our GMS core values, curiosity and compassion, in this conversation about the places and spaces where we worship, work and live. The GMS Anti-Racism Team invites you to come to the conversation to share, listen and learn about the challenges of and what works/what we value in the communities where we serve. (Process will be small and large group conversations with feedback.)
