Come experience the knowledge and wisdom of Tammy Devine. Tammy’s goal is to accompany leaders on their wellness journey by providing facilitation and coaching (ICF Certified), and by assisting congregations in creating tools and curriculum to equip leaders to live and lead well.
Lunch will be provided and we will get you moving, so come dressed comfortable.

9:15 – 11:30 a.m. That You May Be Well – time to explore whole person well-being, connect with colleagues, discuss scripture and prayerfully consider what God is nudging you to embrace on your journey to living well in Christ.
11:30 – noon Walk and Talk – time to connect and process with a colleague
12:45 – 2 p.m. My Dependable Strengths – a tool that invites us to listen for and name one another’s strengths through story.
2:15 – 2:45 p.m. My Values – Time to identify your core values which help us live aligned and make heathier choices.

Tammy L. Devine
Tammy Devine is a Deacon, and Wellness Manager for the Evangelical Church in America, serving through Portico Benefit Services.
Tammy is a strategic and systemic whole person promoter of well-being, through education and inspiration throughout the ELCA. Devine collaborates with thought leaders to facilitate and motivate whole person lifestyle choices and serves as an external wellness consultant and coach to integrate well-being throughout the ELCA.
Devine is a registered nurse, (BA, Augustana University, Sioux Falls), a Master’s in leadership from Luther Seminary. She has completed preparation as a parish nurse/coordinator, and completed Coach training through Auburn Theological Seminary and is ICF certified as a spiritual coach.
