The contractual relationship would be between you and the coach you select. The Greater Milwaukee Synod is supportive of coaching in general, but does not endorse or recommend any one coach over another.
Coaches listed on the Greater Milwaukee Synod website have agreed to abide by the ethical standards of behavior and conduct established by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In addition, to ensure that coaches have the training to provide listening and support for your journey, proof of certification or training through the ELCA or another ICF-accredited organization was provided by each coach prior to being included on the coach list.
