His work includes thirty years as the Peer Ministry Leadership National Director including fourteen years with The Youth & Family Institute. In addition\, Lyle has sixteen years of dynamic congregational youth ministry\, twelve years as a youth ministry volunteer at Mount Calvary Lutheran\, and five years leading the Wartburg Seminary and TYFI Certification School for youth and family ministry.
