The Volunteer Services Coordinator will organize and direct the volunteer program to ensure the recruitment, utilization, and support of volunteers. Provide oversight and management of the volunteer program for Luther Manor. Building strong partnerships both inside and outside of the organization and to market, recruit, place, and retain a diverse and energized group of dedicated volunteer resources. The Volunteer Services Coordinator will work to expand the number of volunteer opportunities and ensure that vital Luther Manor operations are appropriately staffed in order to meet the organization’s mission: To share God’s love by enriching the lives of older adults.
