Before you begin the registration process please gather the following information:
Full name, address, email, and phone number for each individual person. DO NOT use the church information for voting members.
Pronouns for each person if they wish to have this included on their name badge.
Meal choice for Friday evening: chicken or vegetarian.
Additional dietary needs we should be aware of for each person.
Childcare needs including the name and age of each child.
We recommend using the Google Chrome browser for registration.
Each person registered will receive an email with information about their registration form. If you are registering members on behalf of your congregation, you will also receive an email confirmation. Â The email confirmation will serve as your invoice or confirmation of payment. We do not send separate invoices.
