Before you begin the registration process please gather the following information:
Full name, address, email, and phone number for each individual person. DO NOT use the church information for voting members.
Pronouns for each person if they wish to have this included on their name badge.
Meal choice for Friday evening: chicken or vegetarian.
Additional dietary needs we should be aware of for each person.
Childcare needs including the name and age of each child.
We recommend using the Google Chrome browser for registration.
Each person registered will receive an email with information about their registration form. If you are registering members on behalf of your congregation, you will also receive an email confirmation. The email confirmation will serve as your invoice or confirmation of payment. We do not send separate invoices.
Pre-registration for Synod Assembly has closed. You may register as a walk-in participant on May 29, 2026. Walk-in participants are encouraged to be prepared to pay their registration fee by credit card when they arrive. If you have questions about payment, or about whether there are voting slots available for your congregation, please call 414-671-1212. PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATION HAS CLOSED for Display Tables and Childcare, and that walk-in registrants are not guaranteed a meal.
