“Anti-Racism Action & Organizing” is an advanced training facilitated by Rev. Marilyn Miller and Joyce Caldwell, PhD that is grounded in the biblical story of Acts 10 and 11. We will follow the steps for action laid out by Peter and Cornelius as they crossed the cultural chasm of their day to break down barriers and live into new community in Christ. We will use a Spectrum of Organizations to examine our current realities, analyze factors for change, and identify next steps. We encourage three to four people from a congregation to attend together as a team.
Registration Fee: $100 includes materials and lunch
Scholarship assistance available upon request (fee does not cover the entire cost)
