In April, the Mission Table was joined by Rev. David Rebey, pastor of Breaking the Chains Church, along with other leadership and members of this ministry. Breaking the Chains is a prison ministry of the Greater Milwaukee Synod, which began with worship in Felmers Chaney Correctional Center in Milwaukee,  and in 2022 planted a second church inside the Kenosha Correctional Center. Beyond worship, Breaking the Chains works with incarcerated persons to help them thrive upon their release.
