Tom’s journey into coaching began during a pivotal period of transition in his own life. Having experienced the profound impact of coaching’s ability to expand one’s perspectives and challenge one’s assumptions, he was inspired to offer that experience to others. This spark of inspiration guided him throughout his career, which encompasses diverse roles in corporate America, ministry, and leadership within the ELCA.

First as pastor and now as a national coach for the ELCA and coach for Vibrant Faith Ministries, Tom specializes in guiding people through the maze of life transitions.
