At the 2023 Synod Assembly Resolution 4 asked that the synod establish a Compensation Task Force. This team is now gathering information to help evaluate if our synod compensation guidelines are helpful and being used in GMS congregations. We need your help to gather the information we need.   Please fill out this brief (two minute) survey with your information and let us know if we can contact you should we want to discuss your compensation situation more to round out our data.  We need everyone’s input to truly assess how guidelines are or are not being used.
