The 2027 Compensation and Sabbatical Guidelines were acted on at the September 17, 2026 Synod Council meeting.
For 2027, we are recommending a standard cost of living adjustment (COLA) for clergy and deacons of 3.5%. Please see Appendix B for the recommended minimum guidelines for 2027.
