At our September 2023 Inspired for Mission gathering, we heard from one of the congregations who has had a mission coach for the last year, and from the coach herself. They described what they have learned, and why other congregations may want to consider engaging a mission coach. We also learned more about an upcoming opportunity for any congregation in the synod to receive this kind of coaching.
