This video is the culmination of the listening work that has come before. Here, we teach the process of planning “listening-learning experiments” that are about current church members listening to community members and being changed by the experience. We offer many resources for planning and mining the learning from these experiments. This video could be watched several times with different groups to remember why we are engaging with those outside of our congregations by listening to them first (not only trying to “attract” them into our space).
